Using this site means you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Not legal advice

We're organizers, not lawyers. Nothing on this site or in anything we send you is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney and client relationship. When you need a lawyer of your own, we'll say so.

No promised outcome

We tell you what your documents and your state's rules appear to allow. We can't promise any result. Most reviews end in a recall or a repeal, not a dissolution, and some end with "you're stuck."

What you agree to

• The information you give us is true, and you're an owner, or acting for an owner, in the community you tell us about.
• You have the right to share the documents you upload.
• You won't use anything from us to harass a board member, a manager, or a neighbor.

Your data

How we handle what you send us is described on the privacy page. Uploads are deleted 180 days after a motion closes, and owner data is never sold.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date above. If you filed a motion, we'll keep the version you accepted on record with it.

Cost

The first fifty communities are free.
