Privacy
Short version: we collect only what we need to help you organize, we never sell it, and we delete what we no longer need.
Last updated October 6, 2026. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
- Keep me posted. Your email address, the date you confirmed it, and which page or link brought you here.
- File a motion. Your contact details, your property address, your association's name, the goals you tell us about, and any documents you upload. We ask why for every field on the form.
- Site use. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. We also count a few simple events, like "someone opened the share sheet," with no name or email attached.
We never ask for card numbers, Social Security numbers, or anything beyond what the form shows.
How we use it
- To review your association's documents and send you what we find.
- To follow up with you, only if you say that's ok.
- To tell another owner in your community that a review exists, only if you say that's ok. We never share your documents or contact details with them without asking you first.
- To email you news, only if you confirmed your address.
Public records
Property ownership, recorded declarations, amendments and plats are public records kept by your county. We use them to find the other owners in a community and to fill gaps in documents you don't have. We only use records any member of the public could look up, and we use them only to help owners organize under their association's own rules.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded documents are deleted 180 days after a motion closes.
- At the same time we erase the free text you wrote, the name on the deed, and your phone number.
- You can unsubscribe from email at any time with the link in every message.
- You can ask us to delete everything about you sooner by replying to any email from us.
Who sees it
Our small team and the attorneys who review our forms. Our service providers (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, our email provider for sending mail) process data only to run the service. We never sell owner data. Not to boards, not to management companies, not to anyone.
