Principles

We're organizers, not lawyers. Here is what that means in practice.

What we will do

  • Read your declaration, bylaws and rules, and tell you the real number of owners you need and the real path, including "you're stuck" when that's the truth.
  • Work only through the association's own rules: recalls, repeals, special meetings, member list requests, and votes run with the forms those rules require.
  • Have every form we use reviewed by attorneys.
  • Tell you plainly when you need a lawyer of your own.
  • Use public records to help you find the other owners in your community, so a majority doesn't start with 300 cold knocks.
  • Treat board members as neighbors. Most boards are tired, not villains.

What we won't do

  • Promise an outcome. Most reviews end in a recall or a repeal, not a dissolution, and some end with "you're stuck."
  • Give legal advice or act as your lawyer.
  • Sell, rent, or trade any owner's name, address, or email. Ever.
  • Take money from boards, management companies, or the firms that bill them.
  • Help anyone harass a board member, a manager, or a neighbor.
  • Run ads or third-party trackers on this site.

How this is paid for

The first fifty communities are free. When we do need money, it will come from homeowners who choose to join, never from boards, management companies, or the firms that bill them.

To board members

We are not your enemy. We're the quorum you've been begging for. A board that listens never sees a recall.
